What Is an Certificate Of Insurance

Certificate of insurance - a document issued to the insured person, confirms his registration of the pension insurance of the country.

It contains the account number, which is open to the person in the Pension Fund. When hiring, employment or contract agreement one must submit to the employer a certificate of insurance, that he was able to provide information to the pension fund of the individual employee.

SNILS - insurance number of individual accounts of the insured.

Pension insurance card number (it SNILS) is checked for validity control number. SNILS has the form: «XXX-XXX-XXX YY», where XXX-XXX-XXX - real number, and YY - large numbers.

The algorithm for generating the number of controls SNILS this:
1) Check the check digit of insurance is only for numbers greater than the number 001-001-998
2) Enter the SNILS calculated as follows:

2.1) Each number is multiplied by the number of SNILS its position (positions are counted from the end)
2,2) These studies are summarized
2.3) If the amount is less than 100, the check number is the sum of the
2.4) If the amount is equal to 100 or 101, the control number is 00
2.5) If the sum is greater than 101, then the sum is divided by 101 and the reference number is determined by dividing the remainder of the same items 2.3 and 2.4

It is believed that the amount is not algorithmically conveniently divided divided by 101, and subtract the sum from 101 to cycle as long as the rest of the deduction will not be less than 102. But in fact it is a "whole division."
